The house

The gated beachfront estate has five bedrooms in the main residence and two in a detached guest house. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Four main-house bedrooms are upstairs, including the primary suite with ocean views and private lanai access; the fifth is downstairs. The guest-house suites are beside the pool and tennis court respectively.

The main residence has open living and dining areas, large windows overlooking the ocean and tropical landscaping, and access to a covered ocean-view lanai with outdoor dining and a BBQ. Its equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine and mixer. The guest house has its own full kitchen.

The grounds include two private pools—one freeform oceanfront pool and one rectangular pool—a private hot tub, a private tennis court, a garden, a private yard and a pond with a cascading waterfall. Beach towels, beach chairs and beach essentials are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, television, free parking and a garage are available. Concierge arrangements may include grocery delivery, private chefs, wellness experiences and island activities. Children are welcome. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood near Waialae Beach Park, the Kahala Hotel area, golf courses, cafes and local markets.
