House rules
Minimum rental period: 30 consecutive days. Monthly rental charges are fixed and are not prorated even if occupancy is shorter than the full month. Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $519 + tax applies to stays of 10 nights or longer. A utility fee of $3,500/month applies to stays of 21 days or more. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
Direct beachfront access to Kahala Beach. Kahala Beach and Kahala Hotel & Resort are within walking distance; Waikīkī, Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, Halona Blowhole and Ala Wai Golf Course are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Several suites, including the Carriage House Suite, are upstairs. Only the downstairs Maile Suite has an explicitly wheelchair-accessible entry.
