The house

Kahala Beachside Estate provides 7,860 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space for up to 14 guests. The open-plan great room has high ceilings, furnished seating and disappearing glass walls opening toward the ocean. The dining space seats up to 30; overnight occupancy remains 14. The main kitchen has high-end appliances, extensive counters and an island, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and espresso makers, blender, rice cooker and ice machine.

The private heated pool and spa sit among palms and tiki torches, with direct access to Kahala Beach. Multiple lanais, shaded seating, a barbecue, garden, private yard and outdoor shower provide outdoor living areas. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available; beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

Each of the seven suites has a California King bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with rainfall showerhead. The downstairs Maile Suite has a wheelchair-accessible entry, a private lanai, clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. The upstairs Seastar Suite has a jetted tub; the upstairs primary Kapa Suite has a clawfoot tub and private lanai. The upstairs Carriage House Suite includes its own full kitchen, dining area, living room and private lanai. An eighth guest bathroom is also provided.

Central and split air conditioning, two washer/dryer sets, high-speed Wi-Fi, a printer/scanner/fax, Sonos audio, DVD player and iPod docking station are available. The estate has private free parking, a garage, EV charger, gated entry, a safe and a home security system. A crib and Pack and Play are provided. Self check-in and check-out and 24-hour check-in are offered.

Kahala Beach and Kahala Hotel & Resort are within walking distance. Waikīkī, Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, Halona Blowhole and Ala Wai Golf Course are a short drive away. The property is offered as a monthly rental with a minimum rental period of 30 consecutive days.
