Optional private hot tub heating costs $800 monthly, with any unused portion refunded after the gas bill is finalized. Monthly electricity includes up to $800; overages are charged to the guest. Events are listed as suitable. A minimum age limit applies.

A car is necessary. Shark’s Cove, Waimea Bay and Sunset Beach are a short drive away. The home is reserved exclusively for one renter for a full 30-day period; no other occupants are permitted during the stay.
