The house

The home sits among mature trees and tropical landscaping, with coastline, sunset and seasonal whale-watching views. The main living area has wood-beam ceilings, wide windows, comfortable seating and an adjacent dining area. A secondary sitting area is downstairs. Multiple lanais provide outdoor lounging and dining space, and stone pathways surround the landscaped pool and hot tub.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, wine fridge, mini fridge, rice cooker, crockpot and blender. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 each have an ensuite bathroom. Every bedroom has split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, ocean and garden views, lanai access and space for a crib or Pack and Play.

Facilities include a washer and dryer, free parking, Wi-Fi, smart television, beach towels, beach chairs, an insulated cooler bag and an outdoor shower. The home has a private yard and outdoor seating. Safety features include smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras. Self check-in and check-out and 24-hour check-in are available.

Shark’s Cove, Waimea Bay and Sunset Beach are a short drive away. Kaunala Loop Trail, Pupukea–Paumalu Trail and the Pillbox hike are minutes away. Foodland is nearby, and Hale’iwa Town offers shops, galleries and dining. The nearby Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay Resort has restaurants, a pool bar and a golf course. A car is necessary.

The home is offered exclusively to one renter for a full 30-day period, with no other occupants permitted during that stay. Optional private hot tub heating costs $800 monthly; any unused portion is refunded after the gas bill is finalized. Monthly electricity includes up to $800, with overages charged to the guest.
