On level three, the great room has an entertainment center beside the equipped kitchen and dining area. Outdoor dining space includes a screened porch and sun deck. This level also has a king ensuite bedroom with a shower/tub combination and deck access, plus a half bathroom.
Level two has two king ensuite bedrooms, each with a shower/tub combination. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two double bunk sets share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each double bunk set has a double bed on both the bottom and top. Laundry facilities and a covered deck are also on this level.
The ground-floor game room has a convertible ping pong/pool table, entertainment center, wet bar, full refrigerator and microwave. The patio has a gated private outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and an outside half bathroom. The pool is listed as 16 x 24. Pool opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027.
Other facilities include a fenced yard and gated pet area, gas and charcoal grills, a basketball hoop, volleyball and bean bag toss.
