The house has three terraces and a garden. The main terrace provides space for outdoor dining, sunbathing and relaxing, with neighbours nearby. Inside, the air-conditioned living room has a Smart TV and an integrated dining area.
The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A separate laundry room has a washing machine and iron. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are provided.
All three bedrooms are on the first floor, with air conditioning and spacious closets. Bedroom 1 has one double bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds. There are two shower bathrooms and an additional toilet on the top level beside a terrace. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies.
Can Picafort has a promenade, sandy beach and beachfront bars. Port d'Alcudia and Palma offer further beaches, shops and restaurants.
