Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 400.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 250€ per stay; consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
