Maximum occupancy is eight guests: six base guests plus two additional guests subject to an extra charge. If payment for the additional guests is not included, the extra beds may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets and events are not allowed. Playing the piano is forbidden. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
