The house

The outdoor area has a private saltwater pool measuring 5.5 × 4 metres, with depths of 0.9–1.2 metres. A stone-paved surround provides five sunloungers and an outdoor seating area. A Majorcan-style porch has a barbecue, with a terrace for outdoor dining and a separate exterior toilet.

Inside, the entrance hall also serves as a dining area. The air-conditioned living room has a Smart TV and access to the pool and terrace, as well as the main dining room. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and outdoor access. Laundry equipment includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Two ground-floor bedrooms each have a double bed. One has a wardrobe; the other has a walk-in closet and a shower bathroom that is also accessible from outside the bedroom for use by the rest of the floor. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms, including the bedroom for additional guests; both have air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower and bath, plus another shower bathroom. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans. A baby cot and high chair are provided.

The house is in Llucmajor town centre, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. S'Arenal Beach is 13.7 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 19.8 km away and Golf Son Gual Mallorca is 20.8 km away. The Llucmajor bus stop is 0.450 km away; Palma train station is 27.6 km away and Puerto de Palma ferry port is 29.2 km away.

The base occupancy is six guests, with space for two additional guests subject to an extra charge. If those additional guests have not been paid for, the extra beds may not be prepared or available. Pets, events and playing the piano are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
