The house

The home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and accommodates up to ten guests across six bedrooms. The main level has a living room, Great room, formal dining area and an equipped kitchen. Large window walls connect the interior with outdoor living areas, including a covered dining patio, bluestone patio, deep front porch and deck. Upstairs is an additional living area; the lower level has an open recreation and game area with ping pong.

Four upstairs bedrooms have walk-in closets and full ensuite bathrooms. The other bedrooms are on the main and lower levels. Bathrooms include showers and soaking tubs, with six full bathrooms and one main-floor half bathroom in total.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, wine fridge, pot and Keurig coffee makers, toaster and blender. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer are provided. Linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are supplied. Entertainment includes television, Smart TV and a Sonos speaker system.

The landscaped backyard has a private heated Gunite pool, lounge seating, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Beach equipment includes six chairs, an umbrella and toys. The backyard is fenced, but the pool itself is not fenced.

Sag Harbor village and Long Beach are minutes away. Nearby beaches also include Ocean Beach and Sag Main. The owner handles preparation, arrival coordination, communication and maintenance; a StayMarquis Guest Experience Manager can facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or a private chef.
