The house

The home has an open floorplan with multiple indoor sitting and dining areas, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, central air conditioning and heating. The island kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, ice maker, cookware, dishes and silverware. Wi-Fi, a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, linens and towels are provided.

A landscaped private yard has an uncovered deck/patio, outdoor dining, tables, chairs, an umbrella, multiple sitting areas, a gas barbecue and a wood-burning fire pit. Free parking and a private entrance are available.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor and have air conditioning and closets. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed and streaming television. There is also a television in the main living room. The three full bathrooms comprise a main-floor bathroom with a shower, a second-floor ensuite with a shower, and another second-floor bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Orient Point and Greenport are minutes away, and local beaches are a short drive away. Nearby attractions include wineries, farm stands, restaurants, galleries, antique shops and golf courses. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
