The single-level home overlooks Keauhou Bay and the Kona Coast. A great room with wide sliding doors opens to indoor-outdoor living and covered lanai dining. The indoor dining table seats six, and the kitchen breakfast bar seats four. The equipped kitchen has two prep islands, dual sinks, alder cabinetry, granite counters, a professional gas range with griddle, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances.
Three bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, lanai access, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and garden access; the third has a queen bed. Bedroom amenities include central air conditioning in the primary bedroom and split-system air conditioning in the guest bedrooms.
Outside are a private heated infinity-edge pool, spa, heated outdoor shower, barbecue, private putting green, covered lanai, outdoor seating and tropical landscaping. Beach towels and chairs are provided, and beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
The home has high-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, free parking, a garage, smart TV, satellite or cable TV and a DVD player. Self check-in and check-out are available. Children are welcome. A car is recommended, and electric-vehicle charging is not available at the property.
