House rules

The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless different unit-specific terms or law apply, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy may not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of 10 guests. Stays are temporary only; permanent residence is prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require reservation authorization. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, and tents or other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Lock doors and windows when away and follow parking rules. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly; management may enter with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Subject to booking-channel terms, guests may be charged for damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, up to $500 for additional cleaning (or actual cost if greater) following rule violations or excessive mess, and fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may result in removal without a refund. Unit-specific terms override these general terms, and booking-channel terms control any conflict.

Getting there

A car is required to reach the home. The house spans two stories. Shared recreation facilities have seasonal and day-of-week restrictions; horseback riding carries extra fees.
