The house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests with four bedrooms, six beds and three bathrooms. A downstairs bedroom opens directly onto a patio, while the upstairs primary bedroom has two covered balconies with woodland views. The living area includes a queen sofa bed, comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a smart TV; streaming requires your own accounts.

Wood paneling runs through the interior. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cooking equipment. Outside, a wraparound deck offers an open-air lounge, a partially shaded dining table and a gas grill. A private hot tub is available at the home.

SHARC passes provide access to shared Sunriver amenities. Heated indoor and children's pools operate on Saturdays and Sundays only; heated outdoor pools, the waterpark and lazy river are seasonal. Other facilities include an indoor hot tub for ages 16 and older, seasonal miniature golf and ice skating, a nine-hole disc golf course, basketball and tennis courts, a marina, stables with horseback riding for extra fees, a nature center and observatory, 40 miles of paved biking and walking trails, and on-site restaurants.

Four adult bikes, two children's bikes and a tricycle are provided. A pack-and-play, books, games and toys are available for younger guests.
