Pets and events are not allowed. Use energy responsibly: 30 kW per night are included, with an additional charge for extra consumption. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day.

Can Pastilla Beach is 15.4 km away. Pòrtol is 6 km away and a few minutes' drive; Palma is about a 15-minute drive away. The southern beaches can be reached in around 20 minutes. The airport is 14.7 km away, T Golf Palma 3.2 km, Es Caülls train station 12.8 km, Pòrtol bus stop 5.3 km, Puerto de Palma ferry terminal 26 km and Hospital Son Llàtzer 12 km. The accommodation spans three floors; the basement is reserved solely for laundry.
