The house

The villa is arranged over three floors. Outdoors, a private 10 × 4 m chlorine pool is 2–2.5 m deep and includes an integrated jacuzzi. The garden combines paved areas and lawn, with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The entrance terrace has sofas and open views of the surrounding countryside.

The ground floor has a living room with Smart TV and a decorative fireplace, an open-plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob. Four bedrooms occupy this floor: the master has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hydromassage shower; the second has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, share a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a guest toilet. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, oil-fired central heating, wardrobes and direct terrace access.

The first floor is occupied by the fifth bedroom, with a double bed, en-suite shower bathroom, reading area, air conditioning, heating, wardrobe and private terrace. A cot and high chair can be provided. The washing machine is in the basement, which is reserved solely for laundry; an iron and ironing board are also available. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Puntiró lies northeast of Palma amid open countryside and gentle hills. Pòrtol has bars, restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes' drive away. Palma is about 15 minutes away by car, and the island's southern beaches can be reached in around 20 minutes. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.
