The apartment occupies the main, front portion of a subdivided period apartment on the second and third floors, without an elevator. The entrance opens onto an open-plan living and dining area with a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A washing machine, dryer and hairdryer are also provided.
The lower level has two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. One has an en suite shower bathroom; the other uses a shared shower bathroom on the same floor. A staircase at the apartment entrance leads to a small study and a sea-view terrace furnished with an outdoor table. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.
The Arsenale della Real Marina, housing the Museo del Mare, and the Cimitero degli Inglesi are a short walk away. Villa Igiea and Villa Belmonte stand along the coastline and marina, while Monte Pellegrino Nature Reserve offers hiking and coastal views.
