The apartment occupies the main, front portion of a subdivided period apartment on the second and third floors, without an elevator. The entrance opens onto an open-plan living and dining area with a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A washing machine, dryer and hairdryer are also provided.
The lower level has two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. One has an en suite shower bathroom; the other uses a shared shower bathroom on the same floor. A staircase at the apartment entrance leads to a small study and a sea-view terrace furnished with an outdoor table. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.
The Arsenale della Real Marina, housing the Museo del Mare, and the Cimitero degli Inglesi are a short walk away. Villa Igiea and Villa Belmonte stand along the coastline and marina, while Monte Pellegrino Nature Reserve offers hiking and coastal views. Palermo’s historic districts offer UNESCO heritage sites, churches and the Ballarò and Capo markets.
