House rules
No smoking. One dog is permitted with no weight limit; one additional pet costs $150 plus tax per week. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must stay out of pools and hot tubs. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended; children must not play in or around it. Guests supply their own replenishment paper products, trash bags and soaps after the limited Welcome Program starter supplies are used.
Getting there
A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required to access the home, approximately 8.1 miles up the beach and just before Milepost 21. Carova Beach Park and Boat Ramp are within walking distance. A private beach walkway has no steps, but its condition can change with weather, erosion and sand migration. The elevator serves all three floors; steps or thresholds may be needed to reach it, and its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to meet ADA standards. The theater room is accessible only from the second-floor deck.
