- Equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, beverage refrigerator, quartz counters, drip and pod coffee makers, blender, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils.

Pool
Private pool- Heated
Outdoor private pool, size published as 14 × 33, plus a kiddie pool. Open April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. Optional heating has no additional fee and must be requested before arrival; heating is unavailable in July and August.
