The studio has a queen bed, a study nook, large windows and timber floors. The open-plan kitchen and living area opens onto a private covered balcony with seating. Split-system heating and cooling is provided in the living area.
The living area has a two-person couch and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming; guests use their own streaming accounts. The equipped kitchen includes utensils, cutlery, an oven, gas stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The countertop seats two.
There is one bathroom and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and a small welcome amenity pack are provided.
