This is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. One small- or medium-sized animal is permitted. The fireplaces are ornamental.
Getting there
The property is in Montegiove, a hamlet in the municipality of Montegabbione. The access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The outdoor pool is about 20 m from the dwelling on a lower terrace and is reached through the garden and down some steps. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The A1 motorway exit at Fabro is 18 km away; Montegabbione is 8 km away and Fabro is 18 km away.
