- The property has a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, American, moka and espresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, squeezer and hand blender. An outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven and gas barbecue.
- Washing machine
- A washing machine and dryer are available.
Pool
PoolThere is an outdoor infinity-edge pool measuring 11.50 x 4.75 m, with a constant depth of less than 1.50 m. It is about 20 m from the dwelling on a lower terrace, reached across the garden and down steps, and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. There is also an indoor pool measuring 6.11 x 2.35 m with a constant depth of 1 m. The indoor pool has a hydromassage feature and can be heated to a maximum of 32°C; heating is available on request with three days' notice and a minimum use of four days.
