The entire accommodation is available to guests. The house is arranged over three floors, with a living room containing a sofa and armchair, an open kitchen and dining area, a shower bathroom, WC and terrace. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, utensils and dishes.
One bedroom has a 140 × 200 cm double bed; the other has a 90 × 190 cm bunk bed. A converted attic provides a rest area or children's playroom, reached from the bunk-bedroom via a miller's staircase. A highchair and cot are available.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, hair dryer and TV with Molotov TV. Toiletries, bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, with professional cleaning and household-linen laundry service.
Lille city centre is a few minutes away by car or metro. Nearby are a Carrefour City convenience store, shops, cafés and restaurants. Guest support is available from 09:00 to 23:00, and emergency maintenance technicians from 10:00 to 17:00.
