House rules
No smoking; no pets; parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, taken as a card pre-authorization. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee applies to the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 per booking; linen for a single bed €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €150 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered. Electric-vehicle charging is a paid option, charged at the end of the stay; do not use domestic outlets for charging. A tourist tax applies; the page identifies it as included in the total price.
Getting there
Plage des Sables d'Or is 50 m away; the listing describes access as a few steps from the house. Tennis courts are 150 m away. The property is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
