The house

This 110 m² furnished house has a living/dining area, a lounge, an equipped open kitchen, a conservatory and a garden with outdoor furniture, loungers and a barbecue. The four bedrooms include one in an annex with a double bed and private shower room with WC; upstairs are a queen-bed room, a twin room and a bunk-bed room with an adjoining shower room. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a bathtub and a separate ground-floor WC. The living room and some bedrooms have air conditioning; the ground-floor bedroom has a fan instead.

The house has Wi-Fi, a television, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, a baby cot and one private parking space. Electric-vehicle charging is available as a paid option; there is no dedicated charging outlet, and domestic outlets must not be used.
