House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are permitted except animals of breeds designated as dangerous. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Refundable security deposit: €800 per booking, as a card pre-authorisation; a card number is required as a guarantee. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services: kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €95 per booking. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the reservation. Tourist tax is included in the total price; the page also says it is payable before the stay.
