The house

The house has a living room with a corner sofa and television, a dining area with seating for up to eight, and an open, equipped kitchen with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. A large window opens directly onto the terrace and garden. The enclosed garden has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The house has a shower room with hairdryer and toilet, plus a separate toilet.

The 400 m² plot includes two gated outdoor parking spaces. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. The property does not have Wi-Fi and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A concierge team is available during the stay. Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional services; linen is supplied for the stay without renewal, and interim cleaning is not provided. The tourist tax is payable before the stay.
