House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival with your arrival time to arrange key collection. During low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services per booking: kitchen linen €2; towel set €7; linen for a double bed €18; linen for a single bed €14; end-of-stay cleaning €75; bath mat €3. Optional cancellation insurance is 5.5% of the booking. Linen and cleaning are not renewed/provided during the stay.
Getting there
Grèves de la Croix beach is 200 m away; the description says it is reachable on foot. The town centre and shops are 400 m away. Two outdoor parking spaces are on the property. Do not charge an electric vehicle from household sockets; use a dedicated charging point. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
