The house

The 90 m² house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate ground-floor toilet. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with a 140 × 190 cm double bed. Bedroom 2 is upstairs with a 140 × 190 cm double bed and a TV. Bedroom 3 is upstairs with an 80 × 190 cm single bed and a trundle that converts to a 160 × 190 cm Queen Size bed. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower and hairdryer; the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs and a TV.

The dining table seats six. The induction kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils. Outside are an enclosed garden, a 20 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and two parking spaces. A garage can store up to six bicycles. The house also has a washing machine and iron. Wi-Fi is available. A concierge team is available throughout the stay. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional extras; linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement.

There is no linen renewal or cleaning during the stay.
