House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Dangerous animals are not accepted. Do not charge electric vehicles using the house’s domestic sockets; use a dedicated charging point. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide arrival details and arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by prior arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services per booking: kitchen linen €2; towel set €7; linen for a double bed €18 or single bed €14; end-of-stay cleaning €50; bath mat €3. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional; ordered linen is provided for the stay without replacement, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided.
Getting there
Plage du Val André is 800 m away; Plage des Vallées is 1.5 km away. Pléneuf-Val-André town centre is 500 m away. Two outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the property. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
