The 50 m² house has two bedrooms, each with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an open-plan living area with a sofa and television. The fully equipped gas kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Outside, there is an enclosed garden, a 20 m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. A washer-dryer and iron are provided. Wi-Fi is available. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
