All hotel rooms are non-smoking. A crib is available for CHF 25.00 per night. Extra beds depend on the room; the surcharge is shown in the booking tool. Please contact the hotel if arriving after 8:00 p.m. A self-check-in kiosk is available until 11:00 p.m.; for later arrivals, a key is left in an envelope.
Getting there
The hotel is at Hauptgasse 25 in the pedestrian zone. You may stop briefly outside to load or unload luggage; then park at the Hotel Säntis garage or outdoor lot, with reservation, or use the public Ziel or Brauereiplatz parking lots. Appenzell railway station is about a five-minute walk away. Breakfast is served at Hotel Säntis from November 1 through March 31, a two-minute walk away.
