When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m.; check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
Can I arrive late in the evening?
A self-check-in kiosk is available until 11:00 p.m. For later arrivals, a key is left in an envelope. Please notify the hotel if you will arrive after 8:00 p.m.
Where can I park?
Hotel parking is at Hotel Säntis, a two- to three-minute walk away. Outdoor parking costs CHF 12.00 per night; underground parking costs CHF 18.00 per night. Underground parking with an EV charging station costs CHF 18.00 per night, excluding electricity. Reserve a space in advance. Paid public parking is also available nearby.
What room amenities are provided?
All rooms have free Wi-Fi, a TV and a safe. The historic hotel has no air conditioning. Hotel Löwen has a shared minibar on the floor and a coffee machine in the first-floor breakfast room.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, the hotel has an elevator. Contact the hotel before booking with specific accessibility requirements.
Where is breakfast served?
Breakfast is included. From November 1 through March 31, it is served at Hotel Säntis, a two-minute walk away.
