Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. Check-out time is confirmed at booking and is stated to vary between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. Pets cost COP 60,000 per night including VAT. Dogs of breeds categorized as dangerous must wear a muzzle; bring supplies to pick up pet waste. Pets travel on the boat in arms or in a carrier. The optional full-board plan costs COP 249,000 per person per day and excludes alcoholic drinks.
Getting there
The hotel is on Isla Múcura in the San Bernardo Archipelago. Boat transfers are available from Cartagena (about 2 hours) and Tolú (about 1 hour); reserve the boat space with the hotel. The hotel describes its beach area as private. A national park entry tax of COP 31,500 is paid once at the dock.
