House rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including in rooms. Dogs are welcome for €10 per dog per night. A free baby cot is available on request; confirm availability in advance. Extra beds are available in the single room, Standard room, family room and apartment, but not in the Classic room; an extra bed costs €25 per night. For direct bookings, cancellation is free more than 14 days before arrival; cancellations 14 days or less before arrival are charged 100% of the accommodation price. Notify the hotel in advance of a late arrival. Breakfast is not included in the basic accommodation price unless the specific offer includes it.
Getting there
The hotel is in the historic centre of Banská Štiavnica. Parking is limited, costs €9 per car per night and cannot be reserved in advance.
