What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 14:00. Please vacate the room by 10:00 on the day of departure. The reception operates at night; notify the hotel in advance if arriving late.
How much does breakfast cost, and when is it served?
Breakfast costs €9.80 per person and is served from 08:00 to 10:00. It is not included in the basic accommodation price unless the specific offer includes it.
Is parking available?
Parking costs €9 per car per night. Spaces are limited and cannot be reserved in advance.
Can I bring a dog?
Dogs are welcome for €10 per dog per night.
Are baby cots and extra beds available?
A baby cot is available free on request; confirm availability in advance. Extra beds cost €25 per night and can be added to the single room, Standard room, family room and apartment, but not to the Classic room.
What is the cancellation policy for direct bookings?
Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge more than 14 days before arrival. Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival are charged 100% of the accommodation price.
