Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Guests under 18 may not stay without a parent or legal guardian unless they contact the hotel in advance and provide the required signed accommodation authorization and identity-document copies. Pets require prior confirmation, are limited to one per room and 20 kg, and must be on a lead in communal areas. Reservations of three or more rooms may have different conditions or additional supplements. A room change, subject to availability, costs €15 per night. Early room access is not guaranteed; luggage can be left in storage until the room is ready. For reservations not made directly with the hotel, the hotel cannot arrange cancellations or modifications.

The hotel is in central Granada. The garage is nearby; go to reception first for directions. A parking space is not guaranteed.
