What time can I check in?
Room entry begins at 14:00, with no stated limit on arrival time. Early room access is not guaranteed; luggage can be left in storage while the room is prepared.
Can I request a room before the check-in time?
Early access is possible if the room is ready but cannot be guaranteed. Otherwise, luggage can be left in storage until the room is ready.
Are the rooms quiet?
The hotel says all rooms are quiet. Special requests can be submitted but are not guaranteed.
Can I request a smoking room?
No. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.
Does the hotel have parking, and what does it cost?
A nearby garage is available. It costs €18 per day, or €15 per day for reservations made through the hotel's website. Advance booking is not required, but a space is not guaranteed. Go to reception for directions to the garage.
Can I bring a pet, and what is the fee?
Pets are permitted with prior confirmation, one per room and up to 20 kg. Pets must be on a lead in communal areas. The fee is €9 per day for direct reservations or €13 per day at the normal rate.
What is an economy room?
It is on the ground floor beside reception and the main entrance. It has a double bed and private bathroom with a shower or bathtub; its location in a high-traffic area is why it has a lower rate. These rooms are subject to availability.
What conditions apply to reservations of three or more rooms?
They may be subject to different conditions and additional supplements; contact the hotel directly.
Can guests under 18 stay without a parent or legal guardian?
They may not stay unaccompanied unless they contact the hotel in advance and provide a signed accommodation authorization from a parent or legal guardian, plus copies of the signer's and the minor's identity documents.
