House rules
Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00; arrival after 21:00 cannot be accommodated unless previously agreed. Check-out is at 11:00. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out (not on Sundays). Reception is closed most Sundays, but guests arriving Saturday may stay through Sunday. Pets are welcome for €7 per night. The hostal does not serve breakfast. Assistance is available in Spanish only.
Getting there
The hostal is in Zamora’s historic center. The railway and bus stations are about 2 km away; the city bus line 3 stops at Mercado, a 5-minute walk from the hostal, and the journey on foot from the stations takes about 25–30 minutes. Nearby parking is available; the hostal has no private parking. The Ayuntamiento permits guest vehicle access from Calle San Miguel to drop off luggage in the pedestrian area.
