What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00, and check-out is at 11:00. Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out, except on Sundays. Arrivals after 21:00 cannot be accommodated unless agreed in advance; the check-in time is not flexible.
Where can I park?
There is no private parking at the hostal. Plaza Constitución parking is a 3-minute walk and costs €1.45 per hour or €14.70 per day; it is open 24 hours. Plaza de la Marina Española is a 5-minute walk, with online booking. Free 24-hour parking is available at the railway station, 2 km away. ORA regulated parking is by the entrance at €0.35 per 30 minutes, with a 3-hour maximum. Guest vehicle access from Calle San Miguel is permitted for luggage drop-off.
Is the hostal accessible for reduced mobility?
The hostal is on the third floor of a building with two elevators. There are no steps to enter the building entrance or reach the rooms. Room dimensions can be checked in the gallery; guests can contact the hostal to discuss their needs.
How do I get to the hostal from the train or bus station?
The train and bus stations are together on Avenida de las Tres Cruces, about 2 km from the hostal. Options include taxi (5–7 minutes; approximately €6–8), city bus line 3 (€0.95) to Mercado (a 5-minute walk from the hostal), or walking (about 25–30 minutes). The train station has free 24-hour parking and luggage storage.
