House rules
Maximum occupancy is 18. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Long-term stays are allowed. A credit card preauthorization of $5,600.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the team's local address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled, paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning and are non-refundable. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to four cars in the garage. Nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current conditions. Dial-a-ride provides access from the home to Mountain Village, and the gondola connects to Historic Telluride.
