The house

The 12,416-square-foot estate has eight bedrooms and nine full bathrooms. Stone and wood interiors, large windows and expansive decks overlook trees and the Galloping Goose ski run, with views of Mount Wilson and Sunshine Peak. Outdoor spaces include lounge areas, fireplaces, patios, a firepit and a hot tub.

The main level has a great room with a fireplace, a kitchen with Viking appliances, a breakfast/wet bar, a dining room and a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Ski lockers provide access to the slopes outside. The lower level includes a theater, a game room with billiards and shuffleboard, a workout room, a steam room, a full-size catering kitchen and a patio with an outdoor fireplace.

The main house has five king bedrooms and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunks, all with ensuite bathrooms. The guest cottage has its own living room, kitchen and dining area, a downstairs king bedroom, and an upstairs queen bedroom and reading nook; both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Additional amenities include a grill, television, books, games, heating, laundry facilities and a workspace.
