The vaulted great room has exposed beams, ocean-facing bay windows and sofas. An indoor dining table seats six and opens toward the pool terrace. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils and small appliances. A breakfast bar seats three, with additional seating in the kitchen nook and an outdoor BBQ.
The pool terrace has lounge chairs, tropical landscaping, a hot tub, shaded seating, an outdoor dining table and an oversized chess set. Multiple lanais offer ocean and coastline views.
The primary bedroom has garden views and lanai access. Guest bedrooms 2, 4 and 5 have ocean views; bedroom 3 has garden views. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have private lanais, and bedroom 4 has a separate entrance. The office has a desk and private lanai. A separate downstairs media/bonus room has a Smart TV. Air conditioning is limited to sleeping areas, with window units explicitly provided in the primary bedroom and guest bedrooms 2, 4 and 5, plus AC in the office and bonus room.
Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and cable, a washer and dryer, private garage parking, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, a crib and additional bedding are available.
