The home offers approximately 3,500 sq ft of indoor–outdoor living in a Princeville cul-de-sac. The great room has vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling ocean-facing windows, furnished seating and a grand piano. The dining area overlooks the coastline, and an expansive shaded lanai provides outdoor space for enjoying the views. Tropical planting surrounds the lagoon-style courtyard pool.
The fully equipped kitchen has premium appliances, generous counter space and bar seating, along with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, crockpot and rice cooker. A BBQ is also available.
Each of the four bedrooms has a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, an ensuite bathroom and lanai or balcony access. The Primary Bedroom has a private lanai or balcony, ocean views and an ensuite soaking tub. The Aloha and Junior Bedrooms are upstairs and have ocean views; the Aloha ensuite has a combination tub and shower, while the Junior ensuite has a tiled shower. The Pool Bedroom is an outdoor bedroom beside the courtyard pool, with a tiled ensuite shower and an outdoor shower.
Amenities include mixed central and split-system air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, a private entrance, smart TV and Sonos audio.
