House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. The apartment is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. No quiet time is designated. A mandatory 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to all stays from 24 July 2026 onwards; it is included in the total booking price and collected automatically.
Getting there
Arthur’s Seat and Holyrood House and Park are within easy walking distance, and Lochend Park is a short walk away. Two bus routes stop immediately outside. From Edinburgh Airport, take the tram or Airlink bus to Princes Street, followed by a taxi or bus 15, 19 or 34. From Edinburgh Waverley, take a taxi or bus 15, 19 or 34. Check current timetables because routes and numbers can change.
