Neighborhood

Being situated near Meadowbank Stadium the property is located on major transport routes which go all over Edinburgh. There are green spaces nearby with Lochend Park a short walk away. From the area you can easily access Leith which has some wonderful cafes and restaurants and Princes Street in the other directions has great shopping with the tourist attractions being nearby. Also, 'Angelos Fish & Chips' at the end of the road is one of the best in Scotland!

Other things to note

There are local shops and amenities very close by as well as the fantastic retail centre that is Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland. There are 2 bus routes immediately outside - one to the Old Town and University area and the other to the New Town, Usher Hall, Edinburgh Castle and Prices Street. Getting Around

Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Tram or Airlink bus to Princes St. From here the apartment is a quick taxi ride or you can take the number 15. 19 or 34 bus. ALWAYS CHECK BUS TIMETABLES AS NUMBERS AND ROUTES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Waverley. From the station take Lothian Bus number 15, 19 or 34. Alternatively the apartment is a quick taxi ride away.

Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.
