House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties or antisocial behaviour. Additional visitors require prior approval. Smoking is prohibited. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. A breach of house rules may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Stays with pets incur an additional cleaning fee of $50. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12. Mandatory ID verification must be completed after booking before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional cost; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or following night respectively. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for personal belongings. Return of found items within Australia is subject to postage and service fees, and retrieval is not guaranteed. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
The town centre, cafés, shops and heritage landmarks are 800 m away. Public transport is limited; a car is recommended. Gold Coast airport is approximately 3.5 hours away by car.
