The house

Set on a 1,700 m² block, the cottage has two queen bedrooms with storage, linen and extra blankets. The living area has a four-seat couch, a wood fireplace and a free-to-air TV; guests use their own credentials where required. Air conditioning is available in the main living area. A separate games room has a pool table.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, an oven, gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining area seats four. The bathroom includes a bath, separate shower and toilet. A laundry room has a washer and dryer, and towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Beds have hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, and a small welcome amenity pack is supplied.

The garden has outdoor seating, BBQ facilities and a fire pit. Bikes and helmets are available for guest use. Free garage and street parking are available, with garage access through a laneway gate suitable for caravan access.

Cafés, shops and heritage landmarks are 800 m away. Regional NSW TrainLink coaches serve Tenterfield Coach Stop, but local public transport is limited and a car is recommended. Gold Coast airport is approximately 3.5 hours away by car. Self check-in and onsite key collection are available. Longer stays are also allowed.
